Bryan Estates

Unscrupulous letting agency. My flatmate and I put down a holding deposit of 495 to make an offer on a property. Another party made a higher offer so Bryan Estates said they would return our deposit within 7 days as is the law. We have had to waste time and energy to follow up with them for the past two months. They either dodge our emails/calls or lie and say they've returned our deposit without any receipts. We now have to go to the Property Ombudsman. Avoid at all costs. They simply take advantage of tenants in an already volatile market.
