        We went to Hintons when we had a bathroom refit to be done, and they really went the extra mile for us. Turned round an urgent delivery the day before shutting for Christmas, all items exactly as asked for, and sourcing stuff from different sources when their supplier was out of stock. Knowledgeable and well organised, would absolutely shop here again.

        Just the loveliest and most helpful people. I was unsure about installing a toilet seat today that I ordered from Hintons (which arrived a business day later). The team were so patient with me and helped over the phone with great instructions. Highly recommend!

        really bad experience. firstly, he gave wrong advice on a TRV (standard) thread. Secondly, He sold me a pipe what wasn't the right size (he had labelled it incorrectly), Thirdly they were a tad rude, lastly and most importantly they will charge you FAR higher than market rates. Shop elsewhere, and don't be tricked into it being convenient.
