We used the wash and fold service and thought it was great! We only moved to the area a few weeks ago and we are so glad to have a laundry on our doorstop. Sad to see so many unfounded negative reviews. I hope more people will support this local business, we only have good things to say.

I used to visit just for drying. Always 2 out of 5 dryers are always out of order, the temperature is suspiciously low even in the "high temperature" making me wonder if that is to make you spend more money. The lady there decides to shut down the shop an hour before the original closing time. Edit: I am not going to do your job, go and witness it yourselves.

Staff is very rude. I went there on a Saturday around 1pm and asked how to use the washing machines and dryers. The staff explained the process. I came back at 3pm with some laundry and the same staff member said that they accept last washes at 3pm as they close at 4pm. She even pointed me to this clause, written with tiny letters in a piece of paper outside the store. I felt quite frustrated as I had went there that same morning asking what I need to do to use the machines. It would have been helpful either to be told that last washes are at 3pm or to write this with bigger letters on the stores front. The place seemed nice but the staff didnt seem welcoming and helpful.
