TLDR; Nigel Delivers Quality Carpentry with Excellent Communication. Nigel is a skilled carpenter who stood out from the other carpenters in the local area contacted for a small job. Out of the 15 carpenters contacted, only three responded, but Nigel's communication was prompt and efficient. He responded quickly to the initial message and offered a competitive quote via email by using pictures. After agreeing on the job, he corrected the persistent problem with the kitchen cupboard doors by adding repair kits and additional hinges. The job was completed within a few hours with zero mess and zero hassle to the tenants. Throughout the project, Nigel's communication was exceptional, and he kept me updated on his progress. He even took the time to reach out halfway through the job to provide an update on the work's status.
