Wanted more money! Cash only the stylist couldn't even cut my hair straight no customer service wouldn't ever go back not even for free. Awful experience at a high price

Ok at best... Aesthetician did not get off personal phone call when i arrived despite no one else in salon. And did not wear a mask, which didn't help the bad breath. Her photo on treatwell also is not at all alike - shows a young model instead of an older woman. The eyebrow tint dye was not wiped off evenly so there was a wobbly line around my eybrows that looks messy and will now take days to lighten... wish I could upload pics to reviews. Eyelash tint colour also left on eyelids making my eyes look dark. Overall given the amount of other salons in the area I'll go elsewhere next time.

Ruks is the new Beauty professional at this salon and wow! She is absolutely amazing... she listens and respects your instructions... I have Perfect365 eyebrows thanks to this lady ! Please note that I only know Ruks in this salon and this rating is based on her solely and not the actual salon!

Was the most painful wax I have ever received. The wax wasn't completed by Rukiye which I expected. I have never experienced such pain in Hollywood waxing before and I will not be returning. The pain only became apparent an hour after leaving the salon with severe stinging and burning sensation which is still the case 10 hours later.
