Been with these vets for 3 years and they are absolutely amazing. My cat needed to be seen immediately as he was badly injured in a fight and they saw him within 15 minutes. These people actually care about animals and are not there just for profit. The vets are absolutely amazing kind and very caring. My boy lunar is very well looked after here and I cannot recommend them enough.

Felt extremely rushed during our appointment. I could barely get a word in over the veterinarian. I left with so many questions unanswered and altogether spent less then 10 minutes from start to finish of our visit. Reception staff was nice but overall would not recommend this place.

I don't like leaving bad reviews as I don't like being unkind, but I felt patronised when I visited here, talked down to, didn't listen, contradictory, and lastly walked away with the impression that they don't really care.

Was a client for a number of years, massively seen this business change & be all about money, charging 65 for administering 2 wormers for small dogs, consulting incorrectly & trying to administer a puppy 4 vaccines in 10 weeks & finally lying to our insurance company about a reoccurring eye ulcer, making us pay the excess a number of times. The vet being clearly irritated with our very nervous dog, we hoped it would go back to how it was when we joined, but in our opinion, there is little customer service or pet interest, it is all about what they can make financially, so we are going to join the other vet practice in Mildenhall that has much better reviews. One Positive is that the reception staff, nurses & 1 of the remaining vets were all very helpful & friendly at Aquarius.

Let me start by saying its the hardest decision to put any animal to sleep,so when my partner and I did have to put our 15year old lab to sleep its the most heartbreaking, upsetting thing to go through. We wanted to have our dog cremated and was told by the vet we would be invoiced within 7 to 10 days, which would have been OK due to pay dates.then told couldn't send our dog to dog crematorium until we paid for dog uthinasier 94pounds which we paid on Saturday. Rang Aquarius Monday to confirm our request to send to crematorium and was told he will be staying in Mildenhall until we pay crematorium fees of 200pounds.its with utter sadness this vet's practice make and change the rules to suit themselves. We aren't going to leave the country owing 200pounds as we would like our dog cremated not left on a table for 10 days .heartless. we have always paid our vet bills and never been held to ransom with our dog.does this practice have some kind of compassion or heart.
