Papa John's Pizza

I was told by the person answering the phone that they would deliver to my address. I placed the order, paid, waited. 40 min later was contacted by the same person who then told me that they would not deliver to the address provided and that they would just cancel and refund the order. As a result, the group for whom the pizzas were ordered went to bed hungry and unfed. I only just discovered that they did NOT issue the refund as offered. There are numerous reviews sharing similar experiences. This is a shady business and should be investigated.

Definitely deserving of its 3 star rating. Foods always great, but often you have to wait 1-2 hours, if not more. Sometimes the foods colder than youd like it to be, too. Currently waiting at 2 hours and counting as I write this.
