Ian, where do I start, I had an issue I didn't know where it was coming from. I had called and Ian was very professional every time I called or sent an email with more questions and looking for answers he was very accommodating to responding to my endless questions. what I liked most was he didn't waste my time or his or my money by coming out at the first moment, he explained options and advised me and finally I asked him to visit, he did very fast also very responsive, he found the cause and has fixed it, well this cycle and hopes that now I will be more aware. I would recommend Ian 100 percent. Thanks for your swift responces Ian from day one and your fast turn around and of cause the cost to my wallet didn't hurt as much as I thought it may.
