Would rate less than 1 if possible. Ordered a set of lockers with digital remote allocation locks in November. Lockers arrived at the beginning of January with the wrong locks. Was told over and over again that they would be sorted. Now at the end of February and was told it would be another 3 weeks. Asked for refund and was told I would receive it the following day. Surprise surprise, nothing refunded. Called again and was told that the people responsible for the refund have gone home. My client has now gone elsewhere and it has cost us a contract. I deal with various companies on a daily basis and I can confidentially say I have never dealt with such an awful company as this. Stay well clear if this terrible company.
