        Almost a typical military style lodging establishment except that Gateway Lodging is the worst. One traveler had to switch rooms three times due mechanical issues in the room. My room had to be serviced multiple times for plumbing issues. The front desk charged us for two nights though we checked out at 11.00 on a one night reservation. The front desk personnel are the rudest, most condescending, and unprofessional staff Ive come across while staying at military lodging. They either lack the capacity, or the willingness to problem solve at the most basic levels. This review would be a one-star, but the cleaning staff is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way when in the hallways to be of assistance and are incredibly polite. The entitled and pretentious front desk staff make this a place that you should stay at if all locations are full and there is a torrential down pour outside.
