Useless practice! Receptionist I spoke to on the phone was so rude and refused to give me her name when I asked and hung up on me all I wanted to no was if my prescription was ready I explained I had no tablets and hadnt had them for a couple of days so was dizzy and she wasnt bothered one bit.

45 mins on hold to book an apt. Turns up to apt 10 minutes early, waits 1hr 40 mins (so far) to be told they can't see you. Just save yourself time and hassle and go somewhere else, like anywhere else.

I spent 2 days helping all staff with IT. None of them are rude! I think maybe the people visiting should all work a day in their shoes! Very upset with the comments.
