        I ordered a custom request for an image and phrase on a whiskey glass (rocking bottom with funky shape). I had asked around quite a few different companies to do this engraving, they all could only do it on a boring tumbler glass when I wanted either a rounded edge/funkier glass shape. This company was quick to respond and was able to do it for me, when I was worried it wouldn't come on time for Valentines Day they offered to send a repeat one 1st class. (It did arrive on time the day after I emailed to ask if it was on its way.)

        I ordered an engraved whisky glass for my Dad as a Christmas gift. The glass was beautifully engraved, we were both delighted with it. I ordered through 'not on the high street' and I would definitely use this company again. Can't recommend highly enough!
