Appreciate the response but as you Say we were contacted by email & you was confident that the RCD was at fault with out even checking at the property.for your information we had two other electricians who visited & checked everything & confirmed it was the RCD at fault. All free of charge including quote to supply & fit for 40 - we believe you offer free quotes but couldn't confirm a date when to carry out the work only quoating by email .
I hope you can appreciate we had the work completed with pre-vist to quote (free) for 60 less .allways wanting to use local tradesmen this opportunity was difficult to follow up with a quote by email only & so much more expensive.
