I had them come to my home to clean it up a bit. I'm a mom and it's been a busy two weeks, so I definitely appreciated their responsiveness. They left everything clean throughout the home, which is tough because we have two dogs that shed a lot. I left the dogs at daycare so they could clean in peace. I have no complaints (and momma appreciated the bottle of wine they left me). Service: Couches/sofas

We paid 320 for a "deep clean". I have no idea what this company constitutes to a deep clean, but according to them they were to clean my oven and fridge as part of this service. We were away for the weekend and left our house key with them so they could go in and do the job. On our return I noticed that the fridge had not been touched and only one of the ovens had been cleaned. I then went upstairs and saw that the bathroom floor still had the feathers on the floor that had come out of the duvet cover when I had changed them. I swept my hand across the floor and I picked up hair! The floor had not been touched. The bathroom downstairs had white paste looking stuff all over the glass shelves. The floor looked as though it may have been mopped with a filthy mop but not swept beforehand, in fact all the laminate floors were the same, with smears everywhere. I had killed a spider the morning we had left but hadn't had time to clean the squashed carcus from the windowsill. It seems they didn't either as it was still there on my return! I picked up objects from the surfaces all over the house and could clearly see that they hadn't touched the place as you could see where they'd sat with dust around them! (Yes it needed cleaning I know which is why we were willing to pay for the service, as we're too busy working) We called to complain about the state of the house and how disappointed we were, only to be told they would look into this and get back to us. Needless to say they didn't return our call. We contacted them again and was told they considered they had done the job and nothing more was going to be done! All we wanted was an acknowledgement of an inadequate service and failure to meet standards. We were willing to pay for the small amount that had been done but this didn't warrant the total price we had paid. We sent photos to prove our statements. In my opinion I highly advise not to use this company.
