Reception can be rude. Often make you feel like an inconvenience. Particularly the reception manager. Doctors are hit and miss. Used to have good Doctors but recent visits you feel as if they just want you out the door. Too many inexperienced young Doctors

Lovely old building, with a bright, modern extension. My experience here has been that MOST receptionists are friendly, MOST prescription dispensers are friendly, MOST nurses are friendly & MOST doctors are friendly... but there are that miserable few... I've learned that if you want/ need help/referral/treatment, you may have to fight for, even DEMAND it. The NHS isn't what it once was, & this surgery is no exception
