The Thatch Dental Practice

Worse dentist! staff are rude dont seem to have a clue whats going on, called in the pandemic to book appointment for my daughter , was told they are not seeing anyone due not having a nhs dentist and will be informed when they have a new one. Called today to find out she has been taking of the list due to not being seen, absolutely joke

Scheduled an introductory appointment to become a private patient on the books, and paid in advance. Waited a month, for that to then be cancelled by The Thatch. The next appointment they make available is a further 2 months later. Have a subsequent toothache and they refuse to see us as we havent yet had an introductory appointment which they cancelled. Hard to give anything but one star.

Big thank you to the Thatch team. For seeing me urgently today. Unfortunately there was no dentist in the practice yesterday, and I went private to get no were. The Thatch team were amazing and got me seen as soon as possible with DR A when i visited the practice the next day, who gave me the answers I needed. I'm such a nervous patient and Dr A was so patient and calm with me I literally can't thank him enough.

Good level of care when I can actually get an appointment but my appointments are always being cancelled and can never get seen.
