2 The Drawing Board

Booked a meeting in with this architect a few months ago for a personal job in Thetford. Called when he was 30 minutes late to see if he was still coming. He said he was "round the corner". Hour and a half passes and he's still not here and not answering my calls. I took a day off work for this appointment. Would have understood if something came up, but he never let me know even afterwards. Just so happened that a few weeks after this, I have an enquiry from a customer who has used this architect. I have never in my time working seen a worse drawing. Very unprofessional and so many inconsistencies between elevations and floor plans. Even mislabelled 'proposed' as 'existing'! Would avoid at all costs.

Really pleased that we came across this company, came out, measured up and had all the drawings done before we'd even completed on the property, very efficient and reasonably priced, followed the brief exactly and was really helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Upon first contact Bill has been a great help. I really thought getting plans drawn up was going to be stressful and he proved that it needn't be! Very down to earth, no quibbles and straight to the point. Produced my husband and I a set of plans that were over the moon with and excited to get the works done. Thank you - Lee & Charlotte Bright
