    My insurance company used this silly and unprofessional company , shelas wheels , Tim the senior engineer was very rude to my husband whilst I was at work, he also refused to carry out the work any further said they don't have the capacity to fix my boiler ! They also seemed very rasist as they refuse to help us as we were not the same colour as them!How rude and very unprofessional! And very unhelpful complete waste of our time ! No information was given regarding wht repairs the boiler needed.? Please do not use this company ?

    My insurance used this company because I had no heating or hot water last week. Communication was brilliant, engineer arrived on time. Easy fix , a sensor needed replacing. The engineer was so friendly and informative he is a real credit to the company. Gave me advice on how to properly take care of my Make of boiler. I was so impressed by the service that I am going to give the company a call and use them moving forward for my annual boiler servicing. Great to use a company who have genuine nice staff who know how to be friendly and give good customer service. Highly recommend. Service: Water heater repair

    Good morning Tim I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the excellent service that I received today from your team regarding attendance to my boiler through Direct Line policy . I faulted the issue last night with Direct line and by 08.30am this morning I had a phone call from a lady called Cathy who was very efficient and polite and organised Nathan to attend by 09.30am . When Nathan arrived he was very courteous and professional and looked at the system which was up and running but suggested that if the fault continued it might be a flow switch in the airing cupboard and to call back . He took photo of the part in question . I work in reactive maintenance in managing 2, 24and 7 day faults for Network Rail on all their building and M&E assets so know the logistics involved in managing this type of work and importance of customer service .Both Nathan and Cathy provided excellent no nonsense and professional service . Nathan was also complimentary about the company which is always a good sign as normally some employees just moan about their employer.
