I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the excellent service that I received today from your team regarding attendance to my boiler through Direct Line policy .
I faulted the issue last night with Direct line and by 08.30am this morning I had a phone call from a lady called Cathy who was very efficient and polite and organised Nathan to attend by 09.30am .
When Nathan arrived he was very courteous and professional and looked at the system which was up and running but suggested that if the fault continued it might be a flow switch in the airing cupboard and to call back . He took photo of the part in question .
I work in reactive maintenance in managing 2, 24and 7 day faults for Network Rail on all their building and M&E assets so know the logistics involved in managing this type of work and importance of customer service .Both Nathan and Cathy provided excellent no nonsense and professional service . Nathan was also complimentary about the company which is always a good sign as normally some employees just moan about their employer.
Great service and once again please pass on my thanks and I will e mail Direct line on my positive experience
