I highly recommend Outward Hounds! We have used Jo since our boy was a puppy, starting with comfort visits and short walks which was so reassuring, knowing our boy was in such professional yet friendly hands! 3 years on and our boy absolutely loves his group walks and the team are experts at matching each dogs personality to ensure they are with similar suited 4 legged pals! I love getting an update and seeing the wonderful pictures to show how much fun he has had! I feel totally reassured knowing he's in Jo's safe and expert care and it's great to return home to a relaxed pup! Jo has been walking my beautiful Labrador for the past two and a half years. It is so reassuring to know that Coco will be given some proper exercise with other friendly dogs while I am at work, and that I can rely on her safe return whether I am at home or not. Jo is knowledgeable and observant, and if anything untoward happened while Coco was in her care(God forbid), she would know exactly what to do. She took plenty of detailed information about Coco and I before we signed up. My dog adores her, and always looks forward to seeing her!

Jo has been an absolute star with my dog (Korra). I couldn't have found/asked for a better dog walker! Korra is a shy timid dog, and I was a little worried about introducing her to someone new, however Jo new exactly what to do. She waited for Korra to come to her and really took the time to get to know Korra (she started taking Korra out on solo walks until Korra felt confident enough around Jo, then slowly began introducing other dogs over time). Now Korra cannot wait to go out, and makes all sorts of exciting noises when Jo arrives for her walk. Jo has taken her on a variety of different walks (hills, woods, paths etc.) around the area and after a few weeks had the confidence to let Korra off lead (she is somewhat a free spirit), and I have not heard any issues. Jo has been very good/quick at communication and was able to accommodate changes in dog walking when needed (I went on holiday). She also makes alternative arrangements when she needs to go away. Like I said, I couldn't have asked for a better dog walker!
