        Superb! Steak deal is astonishingly good value. Cooked to perfection and served in a friendly and efficient way. 30 for a bottle of Rioja and two fillet steaks...astonishingly good value...have missed excellent food at sensible prices since returning from living in France.... faith restored!! 11 months later...managed to get a table with a very friendly lady who answered the phone call ... Now 35 deal, but still superb. Two fillets and a bottle of Rioja served by lovely and friendly staff. This is a superb venue, STILL with the best meal deal in the area! Can't wait to return (when a table is available). Fully and unconditionally recommended!

        Went in for a light lunch, with a friend who lives in the village. Food was lovely and portions were good. Service was very good, and friendly. Would go back again.
