        Absolutely over the moon with my new wood burner from ignis stove. Jake and the team have made the whole process so easy and Im so happy we chose them, clean, tidy and very efficient and great communication skills. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a wood burner/stove

        From first walking into the beautiful show room, all the way through to finished instillation; Ignis Stoves were really friendly and helpful with expert knowledge. With suggestions that made our vision even better and easier with the insert panels rather than tiling, and adding a beautiful oak beam. So happy with the quality of workmanship and respect to our 200 year old property.

        Jake and Emma were really knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right stove. We bought a Morso 15 months ago. It was tricky to fit but they did it with no mess. It works great. There have been a couple of minor issues which they have been happy to come and fix...even 15 months later. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

        Jake and Emma provided us with excellent service. We faced the prospect of a fairly bleak, chilly Christmas in our new house without a source of good heat in our living room. They responded very quickly with a site survey and the stove was fitted two weeks later just in time for Christmas. We couldn't be happier with the stove and the service we got from Jake and Emma was exemplary. Can't recommend them enough!
