A wonderful vets. The team looked after our dog from being a puppy until it was time to say goodbye. They were professional, but with a personal touch. The compassion shown to us at the end was very much appreciated.

Great they are very welcoming and yet very professional they give advice and explain to you what when and why they don't just proceed to do things and you walk away wondering what it was all about

Well..well.well, I honestly have no idea how half your staff sleep at night knowing the damage inaccurate care is doing. I have just had to sit at your overnight care provider with my mum holding a 4 year old cats head, ( whom I hand reared from 2 weeks old) in my hands as he was put to sleep, whilst watching blood drip from him, because all other treatment options had been exhausted (absolutely outstanding care from the vet whom we saw last to say goodbye to our beautiful boy). Nature's Vet failed to tell us this cat had a grade 4 heart murmur ever!! I can honestly say between nature's Vet, rosemary lodge and vets now, most of you in some way failed him, nearly 6000 later and still you couldn't fix our poor cat whom had been put through three general anestetics since Wednesday, 3 un-blockings, many many blood tests and urinalysis, to end up with a stone stuck in his boy bit (the only option which apparently by all vets wasn't really an option or in his best interests was to remove his boy bits and make him a girl cat effectively if he even survived the surgery). If your going to do anything between the three of you learn how to actually treat these poor animals. When confronted it's always the owners fault, exactly the same thing you did with my own cat thank god he's still with us. I will be writing to the RCVS about everything!
