        Just came back from a sharpening course with Matt , brilliant felt comfortable and learnt a lot. Goes through everything and had a laugh too. Came back confident with what I was doing and he assured us that he would be there if ever needed him with any questions. Highly recommend, thankyou

        Really enjoyed the training with Matt for five days Learned sharpening on multiple machines each with a different technique and application knifes/scissors/tools very interesting informal but professional Would highly recommend

        I highly recommend this course for anyone wishing to become a professional sharpener. Matt is a great communicator and teaches the correct way to sharpen everything on several machines. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes the course interesting while explaining everything clearly and in great detail. There was lots of opportunity for hands on practice and he patiently offers helpful support when needed.
