        Extremely rude. I rang up to book a taxi and the guy had a right attitude problem and wasnt helpful at all. I was visiting for a wedding so I had no good idea of where I was. I ended up hanging up on him.

        Ordered the Ford Galaxy to take us to Reading having been quoted over double the price by a Bath company. The lady was early, polite, efficent and professional. Very happy and would use again.
