I thought i knew my stuff when it came to fitness and weight training. I thought I knew how to push myself hard enough to achieve my goals. But when I started to find it difficult to balance everything i wanted to achieve with work, life and training, I felt i needed a bit of help. Ive been training with Josh for a couple of months now and its pushed me on to a level i never thought i had. The programmes he sets are varied and wide ranging from a wealth of knowledge. When training with him hes got a great sense of when to encourage and when i need a kick up the backside. Easy to talk to and always available to help with training and nutritional needs. Hes listened to what I want to achieve and helped me to fit it in with the time I have available. Ive never ached so much in my life.
