Terrible I wouldn't recommend to anyone

So, I attended a viewing with a member of the team and showed keen interest. Only to wait a month or two while trying to reach the staff and see where the progress was going. Only to then be ghosted while awaiting an application form for a property in Peasedown. The same property ended up going back on Zoopla knowing full well I had the funding for it. If it was because of the landlord serious questions need to be asked, they shouldn't be doing this. I am looking to move in to a nice area and these people left me not knowing, disgraceful.
