I would just like to say how amazing Christian and Martin were yesterday. Christian was outside my house 8.45am. Martin joined a bit later, they didn't leave until gone 6pm. Both were very professional and did a very thorough job. Would highly recommend.

Inconsiderate and incredibly rude/abusive driver in Temple Cloud who parks his work van blocking the pavement used by many elderly/disabled residents including my aunt who was told to f off when she asked the driver if he could please not block the path as she cannot get her disability scooter past. Obviously he doesn't care about anyone but himself as there are many suitable parking spaces nearby.

Following a bad experience with another drainage company a couple of years ago who caused damage and then denied responsibility, I was recommended Metro Rod to empty a septic tank by my neighbour who had used them. I'm pleased to say they were very professional, turned up when they said they would, did a first class job, were very polite, (that impressed my wife), and were reasonably priced.I can thoroughly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future. Oh, and the company from 2 years ago was AJC Drainage, Frome who are definitely one star!
