        Food was ordered at 3.38pm arived at 5.45pm. The food was delivered to the wrong address the first time . I was told i would get a free drink to compensate. When the order arrived the free drink was not with the order. I am a understanding person but this is very bad service.

        I am devastated to have to give papa johns midsomer Norton 1 star. Shocking service both times we have ordered. 2 orders around 18 months apart. On both occasions they have simply failed to deliver. They cant refund you unless you contact their head office. Its extremely difficult to get a refund
