I have just been told by the pharmasist that I am wasting there time by phoning to ask if my prescription is ready and they have better things to do than talk to me on the phone! I only phone to check as every other time it has never been there! So many wasted journeys! He also told me they are doing me a favour to request the prepeat prescription and I should be grateful! Such a rude rude man and didn't even know what month is was! Excuse me if I thought it was their job to sort prescriptions ! Disgusting behaviour
