Came into store. Got served with a smile, she got my meds and make sure it was all there before i left as last time some where missing, even thou she was a new member of staff, she helped me in what she knows, she even was helping another customer out and keeping them company as her children didnt like waiting but she helped them bu talking to them. What a great memeber of your team. Thanks M

Manager and staff went above and beyond to help my dad when GP had done a prescription wrong. They sorted a new prescription for him within the hour whilst he waited in the pharmacy.

This place is shocking! You have to give 10 days to request your repeat prescriptions. They turn the phone off so you cant ring to see if your meds are in, so this results in many wasted trips! And very often dont have a pharmacist so they just close The latest irresponsibility is leaving a new member of staff alone , whilst the pharmacist and any senior staff members go for lunch at the same time, so no meds can be distributed until they come back from lunch!!!!!!! I am very poorly at mo and really didnt need this unprofessional behaviour, my partner has gone today and guess what! He has to wait an hour for the pharmacist to get back from lunch!!!!! I dont know why this pharmacy is so bad but it never fails to shock .
