Well what an efficient service I have received. I have a few BTL and recently purchased another. I found Tyler and thought with the reviews I would use him. He was straight to the point, explained choices, requested exactly what documents and information he needed to submit. Mortgage Offer received within 10days. I approached Turnstone Mortgages in order to gain an understanding of the potential mortgage products available for myself and 2 friends. Despite the more complicated and restricted offering that comes with a 3 person mortgage (and also considering the wider economic environment at this moment in time) Tyler provided a very detailed set of potential options that he articulated clearly.
