        The member of staff that served me was very helpful. The service itself is ok, few blank spots when travelling around (it runs on O2). My one gripe as when you buy a phone you effectively have 2 contracts, the phone and the sim. However if you bought a sim only contract you get a better deal than the sim that goes with the phone, which seems wrong as it has it's own contract.
