        My laptop battery died so I took my laptop to Apollo Technology to get a replacement battery and also to have the annual health check. The health check was done promptly, and my long list of niggly questions were addressed. The battery took a while to come through from suppliers and I was grateful to be kept advised of progress. I also had several questions re the upcoming Bullguard/Norton subscription renewal and also Google pop-ups which I didn''t understand. Many thanks to the team, Joseph and Myles in particular, for their support, prompt service and reassurance. They are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help those who, like me, struggle with modern technology.
