Very friendly and helpful staff. I always get my vespa serviced here. Never had any issues. The repairs and checks are usually quick and affordable

Honestly wished Id just listened to my own customers when they told me not to come here but I thought might as well as theyre local, Had a top box and camera fitted but when it came to picking the bike up, the indicator switch would not work and then mph was in km, rang them and the gent said oh he didnt think to check the indicators not very happy as both was working perfectly before taking the bike in so took the bike back for 3 gents all scratching their heads so I had to come back the next day to come and pick up the bike, the shop took no responsibility for their mistake, blamed the indicator on the switch corroding when the bike isnt even 3 months old fresh from show room and almost never get wet so they tried lieing to me then had the cheek to quote me one price when booking the bike in then charging me more than they quoted! When tried speaking to the gent on the phone about it he was very rude, interrupted and argumentative. When leaving the bike shop my glove box would not open so had to get my multi skilled mechanic partner to try and get it unstuck! To say the least I will 1000% not be returning and just like my customers I share the same feeling and literally stay away like Covid! Very very unprofessional bike shop! Edited after owners response: I find your response amusing and defensive as I encountered yesterday plus I wouldnt come back to your shop if yours was the last shop on earth! And thank you I know the next shop will do a better job and actually check the work they done as you fully admitted that you should have checked the indicator and tried to tell me over the phone it was corroded when wasnt. I admit I was annoyed as the bike did not come back the way it supposed to come back but I was not rude nor abusive unlike your employee who was very rude, abusive and very interrupting and would not let me finish explaining etc and the women behind the counter gave me the same quote price up until a week before then charged more afterwards which was very unprofessional. And the refund was for bad craftmanship not for inconvenience? I think you need to speak to your employee and find out the facts. Like I said very unprofessional shop and arguing a review just shows it.
