Dear Andy, and team. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in sending this to you!! I would like to record my thanks, and great appreciation of the way in which you and your team carried out the refurbishment of our bathroom late last year. The efficiency of your colleagues, attention to detail, professional installation, and quality products have combined to result in a room we can all be proud of. But in addition, I would like to thank you very much for the assistance you gave in helping us to deal with an unrelated plumbing problem, when we were away on holiday, and not on the spot to deal with it ourselves. This is truly going one step further for your customers, despite the issue having nothing to do with the work you had carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Firenza Ltd to anyone looking to update/create a new bathroom or kitchen, and you will certainly be my first port-of-call on the next occasion I require any such work carried out.
