Terrible customer service. Reserved our house over a year ago (June 2020) and its been delayed yet again. Made us exchange in June however its September and it still isnt close to having a roof.we were told today its Looking to be Jan/Feb 2022 so 20 months after reserving, 1 year after the original completion date.
no compensation no apology, have to chase numerous times for any updates. Would never recommend Bovis to anyone.
