After losing lots of power tools following a van break-in leaving my back door vulnerable Ben came and saved the day! The service was fantastic from the booking with the office through to completion VT were punctual and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Service with a smile (even when fitting the locks was a real pain because of all the filler on the side door, Ben took it in his stride!). Thanks again!

Awful experience avoid! Wrong info given about Scorpion tracker/immobiliser initially, with a call back to apologise after I challenged. When Ben turned up I asked him about the installation and if they were insured. He replied that most of the time the cars go back perfectly. He then sat in his car for 10 minutes before informing me that he couldnt do the job. Wasted afternoon waiting for this joker

Fantastic service. Just had a van alarm fired by Ben. He turned up and spent 6 hours in the pouring rain to get the job done. Really pleased with the product and very impressed with the installation. Have already recommended!!

I had a alarm system fitted by Ben, a very thorough man who took a little longer to do the job than quoted and at no extra charge, my savings in using Visual telematics was well worth it, thank you Ben
