A mixed experience with this company. On the positive side, they replaced a faulty garage door key for us without any issues, on the minus side they were unhelpful when we needed an urgent repair of the aforementioned garage door (as both our cars were stuck inside), only offering an appointment for a week after we had contacted them. 3 stars as they did suggest a possible alternative company who might have been able to attend sooner.
