        Pleased with the service received from ACL. My washing machine was out of warranty so they quoted for their call out and labour and booked my visit in. Engineer was polite and called me in the morning to say he'd be with me after lunch, he arrived and told me what the fault was, he had the part on his van so fitted this and I paid on the telephone. Machine now working. Will use in the future Service: General repairs

        Absolutely dreadful company, communication is horrendous if and when you get hold of them took 4 days for them to answer the phone even beko couldn't get through.
