Friendly and helpful reception team. Very thorough doctors. Very well ran with an impressive covid vaccination system. My only complaint is it can be tricky to get an appointment but the patchs system really helps with that.

Some amazing staff here unfortunately ruined by some rude and unhelpful staff. The usual point of contact stubbornness very similar to little britains computer says no situation resulting in patients in need being unable to seek treatment. It feels to me that unless you are old or look like you are very unhealthy you will be ignored. My doctor is amazing but I would rather suffer than try to jump through hoops to try and get an appointment. I expect it's a similar situation everywhere now.

It's a sad day that you can't book a appointment later on in the week to speak to a doctor about a medical issue. I don't need a same day appointment. That blocks the phone at 8 in the morning for people that urgently need a appointment. It takes ages to speak to anyone at that time
