I don't really like this place you can hear every word from receptionist when on phone when sat in waiting room you hear the persons name and can hear what there problems are so patient confidentiality don't really come in to it I don't like that the receptionist tells people what to take sorry but I'd only take that information from a doctor and hearing them say they got no appointments available at all till middle of January yet next call they offer a appointment for next day I don't like people lying luckily enough I have a really great Dr who is understanding and really helpful who with me trust is a really big thing and I have full trust in my doctor the doctor themselve is the reason for the 5* the rest of the surgery would get 3*

Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Never had a problem getting an appointment. The nurses work so hard and go above and beyond. Thank you all for keeping going during these difficult times
