        Useless company still awaiting two parcels,will not make the effort to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place,6 attemps still no parcels

        Hermes do not deliver your parcels, they come up with "You were out, and no safe place to leave it. Someone has been in the house all day. This is the second time that they have done this, the last time they delivered it to a House a mile up the road, with a totally different name. When I see a retailer is using Hermes, I will not bother ordering from them in the future. never get this problem with parceline,DPD or postal service. Absolute rubbish Post script: it was delivered to a house up the road, the lady who received it eventually found out where we were and delivered it to us,not Hermes though.
