Imagine our shock when we turned up the day before we were due to fly, with our cat, to be asked whether they were expecting us!
They had clearly lost our booking, saying that it had been a very busy and chaotic summer. The owners said that we could wait whilst they sorted something out, but there was clearly not a free pen and I was concerned about how they would achieve this.
Thankfully we were able to make alternative arrangements and they returned our deposit. Perhaps this was a one-off mistake and a blip in an otherwise seamless system, but this was a bad experience for us. Not recommended.
