Your prompt responses and the confidence you show in your products and assurity of delivering the product is outstanding and that wonderful personal touch of a phone call amazing. No wonder your family business has been running for as long as it has even through a difficult couple of years for us all I say may you continue to prosper. I am extremely pleased I choose The Stove House to do business with. The Pembrey stove is fantastic and compliments the hearth it sits in really well.

I bought and had installed two stoves with this company. Installers both times were very nice and diligent, sorting out a few teething difficulties along the way. However, the second installation - and this is absolutely no fault of the company's chosen sub-contractor - turned into an expensive nightmare. I ended up needing to spend a large sum of extra money to have the stove properly installed. Andrew at The Stove House - astonishingly - repeatedly blamed me for the problem, and when questioned on it, and asked to put it right, just doubled down with the same excuses. Subsequently I had four independent professionals analyse the situation. All agreed the installation was inadequate. And against the recommendations of both HETAS and the stove manufacturer. Again, not the installers fault. They were just following Andrew's specifications. I like to use local commerce, but this second installation was a very poor experience. I have no idea why he choose to be like that but word in the district tends to bear my opinion out. Caveat emptor.

Hello Lara , I just thought I would send you a message to say we have our lovely new fire lit this evening in our Mudeford Holiday home and its perfect ! It looks great in the space and has made the room really warm and cosy with no faffing ! Delivery all worked perfectly and believe me with the amount of stuff we have ordered recently to furnish the house its amazing how many companies are pretty hopeless on keeping to delivery dates !
