      • Mazz Tupper

        Phoned yesterday to enquire if my prescription would be ready for pick up today. After a silly conversation with the assistant I established that 3 items were ready for pick up but one was not there. Called surgery to get the item added which they duly did and when I went up today it was done. Then it went down hill. The rest was not ready and one important item was apparently not available and was told to contact my doc for something else. Now given the sad situation in Midhurst town centre, I had taken an half hour detour to get to the pharmacy, which normally takes me 5mins. Now I have to do it again because the pharmacy failed to inform me when I called, that the item was not available. Why did they lie to me in the first instance by saying that the prescription was ready for pick up?

        Awful slow service, unorganised. And can hear staff having a laugh about someones surname. This is serious occasion for someone picking up medication!!
