Doctor Tim Hill is good, the Nurses are nice, just phoning up is a pain when its busy ! but with all the covid stuff how can it be anything else !

Be prepared to have to call up to 6 times to get through, then go on hold. I've also experienced staff being unfriendly and unprofessional. I would like to give them a higher rating as sometimes they get some really good locum's in, unfortunately I can't. I expect better service than they are providing. Edit: Changed my rating down to 1 star I think I've tried calling 9 times in the last 2 days, I finally got through only to be told to call back tomorrow. Edit: Just got a letter in the mail to say I've missed my appointment. The appointment I never made, nor received any communications about. Seems they are in a bit of a muddle.

The receptionist was rude even though Id constantly dealing with elderly vulnerable people. Apparently no matter what your exemption to wearing a mask is they dont not actually care because their staff have had covid multiple times due to obviously not taking proper precautions. Surely this is because of negligence seeing as people like my self who are exempt have not had covid once. I was actually disgusted by the way one of the elderly patients were treated. No matter how busy or under pressure you are compassion is free

I rang from 8.30 til I was put in a queue At 11 oclock was on hold for 1 hr & 10 minutes then they cut me off saying they were busy disgusted is the word am so angry
