AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Part exchanged Mokka for smax in January2021. Had nothing but issues. Rejects calls. Fails to answer voicemails tx MSG's and emails ignored Have fixed penalty notices for Mokka parking fines and credit blocks now. Car purchased with a dodgy mot, vehicle should not have been on the road , nothing on it works all electrics for parking sensors TVs and tow bar have been cut. States full service history however nothing for last 8 years. Write up of vehicle online no were near the specification of the vehicle. Jordan is a liar and con man. Refused to give log book for Mokka to sort sale. Never received my tax back that I paid. I would recommend dealing with someone else as hassle stress and inconvenience caused is a nightmare due the the lack of one idiot Jordan. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If there is ever a dealer to avoid then this is the one, trust me just do your research on this company and read all the reviews you can find before you make a terrible mistake. Jordan is a thief pure and simple.

Traded in a bmw for a nissan and I am recieved fines and bailiffs at my door for parking fines that happened 5 months after trading it in. Ignoring messages from me about it all...
