We had our 12 year old dog Beauty groomed here for the first time. It was a lovely, spacious area where she could roam, and also had no crates or cages! Jacqui was so welcoming and calm around Beauty which made her feel comfortable straight away. With Beauty being an old dog, she is beginning to struggle to stand for long times on her back legs, Jacqui acted on this and did her back end first so she could have a sit down and enjoy the rest of the groom! Overall the cut is gorgeous, the service was fantastic and all round experience was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pamper for their pooch!

My 10 year old golden retriever, William has just had his first professional groom with Jacqui at Paw Shack. The reason its his first is because he is a rescue dog and is very anxious in new surroundings. After meeting jacqui out and about walking her dog , I got to see how wonderful she is with dogs. I could see how caring she was and knew I would be able to trust her to look after William and his nervous ways. Jacqui has done an amazing job with his groom and I would highly recommend her. However, for me it meant everything to know she would also care about how he was feeling. The paw shack is a lovely, clean, well designed place and Jacqui is brilliant

Absolutely amazing experience! Wasnt really sure what to expect as Ive never taken a dog to be groomed. Jackie was lovely listened to everything that I asked for and the shack in which she does the groom is absolutely lovely and very clean! Honestly couldnt recommend more! Ill definitely be back and will be recommending the place to any other woffie friends! Thank you x
