My 92 year old father became ill after a fall at home. It was decided that he could no longer stay at home and that he would be admitted to Newton Court . It wasnt something that we wanted to happen as he was happy at home, but after a few weeks getting to know the staff and the various activities on offer he settled down and after 6 months is very happy. He has special dietary requirements that are catered for, his own permanent room and seems to be very happy. Many thanks to the Newton Court staff for making him feel welcome and above all cared for Thank you

My Dad spent 7 months at Newton Court after he was transferred there from Leighton Hospital following a series of falls and subsequent illnesses. Throughout his stay, the care provided was exemplary. As Dads physical and mental health declined, the staff at Newton Court were constantly patient and caring. The care the team offered was holistic; they understood that although Dad was their patient, my elderly mum and the extended family also needed their care and compassion. Little things like offering Mum a cup of tea during her visits were simple gestures that meant a huge amount. The team at Newton Court held compassion central to their care for Dad, ensuring he maintained his dignity for the last months of his life. I cannot praise or thank them enough.

I feel it's time to leave a review my late father paid around 1000 pound a month to be cared for here. The staff are nice but the food is not considering the high price . White bread sandwiches for a soft diet is not what you would expect. The lift to the second floor was broken for weeks. We paid for a independent career to take our farther out twice a week to drive out and get a lovely pub lunch . which became impossible due to the faults with the lift . The Upstairs was almost like a zombie floor Everyone seemed very sleepy I know they are old old but it didn't feel right. Even after after we managed to find a new care home (Davenham hall) which is excellent the staff and rooms feel homely not like the profit driven Bupa at middlewich. We had to carry our dad down the stairs due to the faulty lift and pay an extra months money to Bupa Newton court. My dad was much happier when he moved to Davenham hall . It was he had woken up it is the only way I could describe it.
