I am extremely sorry to leave this review but after consideration and external surveyor advice I have decided to leave this review and let the reader draw their own conclusions We had a leak in our flat roof and called 3 different companies to get quotes so we could send to the insurers, the afternoon they were each due to come only 1 actually showed up and gave me the quote for 1k to recoat the roof with special sealant that would probably fix it, however they were utterly sold out and could only fix it today OR in 6 weeks Kindly they left for a while to allow me to talk to the insurers (who were utterly unhelpful). So being caught between a rock and a hard place and not being able to get anyone else out and manchester weather I wanted it fixed so I called them back and within 20 mins they were here, they the for a while to get some special sealant that really expensive And you cant get as a member of the public (a quick trip to paint masters showed we could get a full 5 l for 35) They came and spent 2 hours painting this sealant on and left A week later all the leaks were still leaking in the next down pour so more calls to the insurer got a loss adjuster out, who pretty much laughed at what they had done and pulled chunks of the sealant up as it hadnt even dried in a week and was so badly put in it was never going to do anything (apparently you need to put layers on, not slap it down in one gloopy later) Further investigation that took a whole 3 mins then found the real problem was a blocked drain and gutter and was quickly fixed with a broom handle and about - further 30 secs I have rung this company a few times to talk to them about it but no response and obviously like a fool I paid cash ... so I can only blame myself and warn others
